In the circle the children can draw the complete animal with it’s missing parts. They then read the animal’s name and trace over it. Encourage the children to think about the animals surroundings and habitats and add some detail too. A 4 page resource for young children linked to colour, fish and also animals and their habitats, under and over, below and above, oceans and seas. The first two pages show a fishing scene. There are colour dots on the fish and in the sea and the sky. The idea is that children use the coloured dots to guide their colouring in work. Page 3 and 4 show the fishing boats. Children draw their own underwater scene adding fish, seaweed, bubbles and whatever else they fancy.
